The Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting its '2019 Car Show & Cook Off' on Saturday, September 7, 2019, from 10 A.M. until 10 P.M.

ADMISSION:
$5.00 for adults ages 13 and older.
$3.00 for children ages 13 and younger.

CAR SHOW:
To participate in the car show, you must pay a fee of $25 (Includes 2 free admission armbands).
Registration is from 10 A.M. until 1 P.M. on the day of the event.
Categories include: Overall Best, Truck, Jeep, Motorcycle, ATV, etc.
Awards to be announced starting at 3:00 pm.
COOK OFF:
The cook-off competition shall consist of a 4 Man Team Chef Special/Open Category Challenge.
To participate in the cook off you must pay a fee of $50 per team (Includes 4 free admission armbands).
Teams must prepare a serving size that will provide 100 servings to be sold for the bash.

PEDRO TOURNAMENT:
There will also be a Pedro Tournament. This will be a double elimination tournament. All participants must pay the applicable $20 per team fee.
Registration for the Pedro tournament is from 10 A.M. until 12 P.M. on the day of the event. The tournament will start at 1pm. Prizes will awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
VENDOR BOOTHS:
Vendor booth rentals will be available for $50.00 per 10’x10’ area while availability lasts. Specific criteria must be met regarding vendor eligibility.
The event committee will review all applications to determine if the vendor is a good fit for our festival. We reserve the right to deny any application that we feel will not help to promote the vision of the event. CVFD also reserves the right to prohibit vendors from selling items that have been deemed unsafe, illegal, distasteful, a nuisance, or otherwise unwanted by event organizers. We strictly prohibit the following: silly string, laser lights, and realistic looking prop or toy weapons. The selling of drinks and food items is prohibited. Vendors who sell a packaged food product like jams, jellies, mixes, candies, etc. are still eligible.
Complete the vendor application and submit by mail along with required fees. Once the application is received, the application will be reviewed and the applicant will be notified per acceptance. Vendors who are not accepted will be refunded their fees in a timely manner.
