CONOCO-PHILLIPS GRANT

The Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department is pleased to announce that we have received a $7,700 grant from the ConocoPhillips Corporate Grant Program.

This grant will work hand-in-hand with the State Farm Good Neighbor Grant the Department received last month to purchase a new extrication tool as well as multi-gas detectors to help our members safely and more effectively perform their duties.

With many miles of pipeline running below and through our community, it's always a great day for our community when our corporate neighbors in the oil and gas industries recognize the importance of first responders having the necessary tools to respond to emergencies.
