FIRE PREVENTION

On Monday. October 14th, 2024, we joined our partners at the Choctaw Branch Library for a fire prevention activity as part of Fire Prevention Week.

One of our newest members, Trevis Baier -- who is also a career firefighter in Louisiana's capital city of Baton Rouge -- gave a presentation to the large crowd of children (and children at heart) who were in attendance.

After the presentation, participants were given an opportunity to look through the apparatus, sit behind the wheel and smile for a photo, and shoot water from the firehose.

We would like to thank Luticia and Jolene from the Choctaw Branch Library for welcoming us and helping us spread the important message of fire prevention and fire safety.
