OPERATION SAVE-A-LIFE

The Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department has once again partnered with the Louisiana State Fire Marshal's Office to participate in Operation Save-A-Life.

We are now accepting requests for smoke alarms from residents in the Choctaw community. If you would like to request a smoke alarm, you can do so online by clicking the link below and filling out the form.

Once your request is submitted, someone will contact you to setup a date and time for you smoke alarm to be installed. Smoke alarms must be installed by fire department personnel.

If you received smoke alarms from our prior allocations during the past two years, your request may not be filled right away in order to give others who need smoke alarms an opportunity to receive them.
