Memorial Day

Each year on -- Memorial Day -- Americans pause to remember the fallen and honor their sacrifice. The Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department pauses to remember the sacrifices of members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

We also pause to remember the sacrifices of the men and women of law enforcement who said good-bye to their families and never made it home, instead giving their lives to keep our communities safe.
