We have been informed that someone is calling people and requesting credit and/or debit card information and that the name shows up on Caller ID as 'Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department', although the phone number that is displayed is not our phone number.

Nonetheless, we would like to inform everyone that we DO NOT solicit any payment information over the telephone and no one from our organization should ever request any personal information from you such as your credit and/or debit card number or your SSN over the telephone.
