UPDATE: Tropical Storm Cristobal

A STATE OF EMERGENCY has been declared for Lafourche Parish due to Tropical Storm Cristobal.

The National Hurricane Center has issued a TROPICAL STORM WARNING for South Louisiana, which includes the Choctaw, Chackbay, and Bayou Boeuf areas.

TROPICAL STORM CRISTOBAL is expected to make landfall and impact the South Louisiana coast sometime Sunday afternoon.
